Well today my Sweet Lady Wife and I did it: We signed a purchase contract on a brand-spanking new house - one that isn't even build yet. HUGE kitchen (at least compared to the one I have now). Corian countertops.
Move-In date around mid-november.
Now you'll have to excuse me because I have a zillion things to do in order to get my present house ready to put on the market....
lucky you Dave. My sister just bought a new house with the most amazing kitchen. I'm green.
