Have you ever seen anything as beautiful in your life?
Thanks to Slashfood, I've just discovered La Tartine Gourmande. Among other amazingly scrumptious-looking things, she makes croissants and has posted step-by-step instructions for making them.
Update: I should make it clear that the photo is not my photo. It is from Bea's blog, and the scrumptious morsel is from her hands, not mine.

That is beautiful! I aspire to photos - or food - such as that, but I don't think I have the patience. Or the proper equipment. I'll have to live through vicariously through those who do. :)
